Privacy policy

This policy explains how HyperLink Innovations (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit hyperlinkinnovations.com, write to us, or use the contact form. We are a software company at 55, Mahadev Nagar, Pal Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342014.

Who we are

What this site collects

We collect only what we need to run the site and reply to you.

• Contact form. Name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write. We use this to answer you and, if you become a client, to start the work.
• Direct messages. If you email, call, or use WhatsApp, we see whatever you send on that channel (including your number or email).
• Server logs. Our host (Vercel) may keep an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for a short time so the site stays online and we can diagnose faults.
• Google Analytics. If Analytics is switched on, Google receives page views and device information as described below.
• Google reCAPTCHA. The contact form uses reCAPTCHA so we can tell people from automated spam.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. Google sets cookies and may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring site, and pages viewed. We configure Analytics with IP anonymisation where the product allows it.

Google processes this data under its own terms. Read Google’s privacy policy and the Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block cookies in your browser. If you do, some measurement will stop; the rest of the site still works.

Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured on our server. Until that ID is set, this site does not send events to Google Analytics.

Google reCAPTCHA

The “I am not a robot” checkbox on the contact form is provided by Google reCAPTCHA. Google may collect hardware and software information, cookies, and how you interact with the widget, and use that to decide whether the submission is automated. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We receive only a pass or fail from Google. We do not use reCAPTCHA scores for advertising.

Cookies

This site may use:

• Essential cookies from our host so the site loads and stays secure.
• Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga, _ga_*) to recognise returning browsers and count visits.
• reCAPTCHA cookies set by Google when you use the contact form.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may stop the captcha or Analytics from working.

How we use the information

• To reply to enquiries and carry out work you asked for.
• To keep the website available, secure, and free of spam.
• To see, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
• To meet legal duties (for example, keeping records of a contract).

We do not use contact-form contents to send marketing lists. If that ever changes, we will say so here and ask first where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with processors who run this site for us:

• Vercel, Inc. hosts the website (Hobby plan) and processes requests, including contact-form submissions, on our behalf.
• Resend (or another transactional email provider we name here if we change it) delivers the message from the form to hyperlinkinnovations@gmail.com.
• Google LLC for Analytics and reCAPTCHA, as above.

Some of these companies are outside India. When we use them, they handle data under their contracts with us and their own policies. We may also disclose information if a court or regulator lawfully requires it, or to protect the company against fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

• Contact-form messages and email threads: for as long as we need them to finish the conversation or the project, then up to two years unless a contract or tax rule says longer.
• Server logs: typically days or a few weeks.
• Analytics reports: according to the retention we set in Google Analytics (default Google retention unless we shorten it).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, and complain to a data-protection authority. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 also gives rights to access, correction, and erasure of personal data, subject to the exceptions in that law.

To use these rights, email hyperlinkinnovations@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or delete a record. We will not charge you for a reasonable request.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox at hyperlinkinnovations@gmail.com is limited to people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we take steps that are reasonable for a small company site.

Links

Pages on this site may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own. This policy covers only hyperlinkinnovations.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site, the law, or our tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. The current version will always be at https://hyperlinkinnovations.com/privacy.
